Custom & Import Tax

1. Payment Responsibility for International Shipment Duties and Taxes:

For international orders, the Consignee (Recipient) is responsible for paying any duties and import taxes due upon delivery. These are not calculated or charged when placing your order in our store and must be paid directly to Customs upon receiving your order.

2. Import Duty Amount:

The customs duty amount varies by country and depends on the recipient country's tariff policies. Our international shipping option via USPS First Class generally declares an invoice value between $20 USD and $150 USD, marking the package as a gift to help minimize import duties, though this is subject to your country's tariff policy.

3. Measures to Reduce Your Import Tax:

If you have specific requirements for the declared invoice value, please contact us at service@zynvogue.store. We'll adjust the declared value per your instructions. If no instructions are provided, we typically declare the value between $20 USD and $150 USD based on the package's weight and size.

4. Handling Customs Clearance Issues:

If your package faces customs clearance issues, we'll cover the customs clearance fees and provide the shipping invoice needed for customs. We'll also assist by contacting USPS to help resolve the situation.
